１）冷却装置のオイルフィルターハウジングにおいて、冷却水流路の形状が不適切なため、冷却水が流路以外に流入することがある。そのため、そのままの状態で使用を続けると、流路以外に流入した冷却水が熱膨張しシーリングを破損させて冷却水が漏れ、最悪の場合、オーバーヒートするおそれがある。 ２）グリッププレートにおいて、誤った番号灯部品が装着されているため、照度の均斉度が基準値を超え、保安基準第３６条に抵触する。What is to be done about it
