①燃料電池スタックにおいて、エンドユニット内の冷却水路の防水処理が不適切なため、防水シール剤の充填量が不足しているものがある。そのため、冷却水路のシール性が低くなり冷却水が漏れ、パワーシステム警告灯が点灯し、そのまま使用を続けると、燃料電池の出力が低下し加速不良となり、最悪の場合、発電を停止し、走行継続不可警告灯が点灯して走行不能となるおそれがある。 ②燃料電池スタックにおいて、冷却水ジョイントの検査工程が不十分なため、冷却水ジョイントホルダ部のシール性が不足しているものがある。そのため、ホルダ部より冷却水が漏れ、パワーシステム警告灯が点灯し、そのまま使用を続けると、燃料電池の出力が低下し加速不良となり、最悪の場合、発電を停止し、走行継続不可警告灯が点灯して走行不能となるおそれがある。What is to be done about it
