What the ministry says is wrong
フロントアクスルを車台に固定する取付けボルトの締付けトルク設定値が不適切であるため、除雪等の作業時の負荷の繰り返しにより当該ボルトがゆるむ恐れがある。また、一部の車両において、当該フロントアクスル取付け面に塗装が残っていたため、取付けボルトの初期締付けトルクが低下したものがある。そのため、そのまま使用を続けると、当該締付面にガタが生じ、最悪の場合、当該ボルトが折損しフロントアクスルが脱落するおそれがある。What is to be done about it
