What the ministry says is wrong
プロペラシャフトのヨークジョイント部において、ベアリング抜け防止のかしめ圧及びベアリングを保持するハウジングの形状が不適切なため、走行時の摩擦による熱や高い負荷によりベアリング内部が摩耗するものがある。そのため、そのままの状態で使用を続けると、ヨークジョイント部が破損して、最悪の場合、走行不能となったり、プロペラシャフトがスイングアームと干渉し、リヤホイールがロックするおそれがある。What is to be done about it
