What the ministry says is wrong
アイドリングストップ機能無し車のオルタネータ（発電機）において、プーリーの内部機構（ワンウェイクラッチ）に封入されているグリスの耐熱性能が不足していたため、使用過程でグリスが熱劣化しプーリーのワンウェイクラッチが摩耗することで破損することがある。そのため、異音の発生や充電警告灯が点灯し、そのまま使用を続けるとプーリーが空転して発電不良となりエンジンが停止するおそれがある。また、空転したプーリーが摩擦熱により高温になった状態でシャフトから抜けて、エンジンルーム内に脱落し周辺部品の可燃物に接触すると、最悪の場合、火災に至るおそれがある。What is to be done about it
