Issue: rnOn certain vehicles, the left-front lower ball joint may not have been installed correctly in the steering knuckle. As a result, the ball joint could separate from the knuckle and cause a loss of vehicle control. rn rnSafety Risk: rnA ball joint that separates could cause a loss of control and increase the risk of a crash. rn rnCorrective Actions: rnPolestar will notify owners by mail and advise you to bring your vehicle to a dealership to inspect the fastening bolt for the left-front lower ball joint, and replace it if necessary.
