Issue: This recall is for headlamp assemblies installed on certain vehicles or sold as a replacement part. Under certain conditions, a software problem could cause the low beam headlamps not to be bright enough after switching from high to low beam. Safety Risk: Headlamps that aren't bright enough can reduce visibility and increase the risk of a crash. Corrective Actions: Daimler Truck North America (DTNA) will notify owners by mail. The corrective actions for this recall are under development.

Corrective Actions: Daimler Truck North America (DTNA) will notify owners by mail and advise you to take your vehicle to a DTNA authorized service facility to inspect and, if necessary, update the vehicle software.
