VEHICLES EQUIPPED WITH FIRESTONE STEEL RADIAL 500, LOAD RANGE B, WHITE SIDEWALL TIRES. SUSPECT TIRES WERE MANUFACTURED WITH A WRONG RUBBER COMPOUND IN THE UPPER SIDEWALL AREA OF THE WHITE SIDEWALL.
