1976 PLYMOUTH ARROW VEHICLES EQUIPPED WITH 1.6 OR 2.0 LITRE ENGINES. THE REED VALVE IN THE EMISSION CONTROL SYSTEM MAY BECOME UNSEATED DUE TO LEAD FOULING OF ITS INTERNAL COMPONENTS. AN INOPERATIVE REED VALVE CAUSES THE VEHICLES TO EXCEED LEVELS OF EXHAUST POLLUTANTS SPECIFIED BY SAFETY STANDARD 1103.
