THE NATIONAL SAFETY MARK WAS NOT AFFIXED, THE STATEMENT OF COMPLIANCE LABEL WAS NOT LOCATED CORRECTLY, THE GROSS VEHICLE WEIGHT RATING WAS NOT SHOWN IN KILOGRAMS AND THE GROSS AXLE WEIGHT RATING WAS NOT STATED AS REQUIRED BY SECTION 6 OF THE MOTOR VEHICLE SAFETY ACT. ALSO, LICENCE PLATE LAMPS, IDENTIFICATION LAMPS AND CLEARANCE LAMPS WERE NOT FITTED AS REQUIRED BY FEDERAL SAFETY STANDARD 108 - LIGHTING EQUIPMENT.
