THE ELECTRIC BRAKE ACTUATING WIRES MAY BE IMPROPERLY INSTALLED ON TOP OF THE AXLE TUBE DIRECTLY UNDER THE FRAME RAIL AND MAY BECOME CUT IF THE AXLE TUBE SHOULD HIT THE FRAME. THIS CONDITION WOULD RESULT IN A NO BRAKE SITUATION THAT COULD CAUSE OR CONTRIBUTE TO AN ACCIDENT.
