PAPER OR OTHER COMBUSTIBLE MATERIALS PLACED IN THE INSTRUMENT PANEL ASH TRAY RECEPTABLE COULD BE IGNITED BYU A PERSON PLACING LIGHTED MATERIALS IN THE ASH TRAY. IN THE EVENT OF THIS MATERIAL CATCHING FIRE, THE FLAMES COULD REACH THE INTERIOR OF THE INSTRUMENT PANEL WHERE THE FIRE WOULD BE DIFFICULT TO EXTINGUISH WITHOUT WATER OR AN EXTINGUISHER.
