THE STEERING GEAR MOUNTING PLATE MAY DEVELOP FATIGUE CRACKS WHICH WOULD ALLOW THE STEERING GEAR ATTACHMENT TO BECOME LOOSE. THE DRIVER MAY NOTICE THAT THE STEERING WHEEL CAN BE TURNED SEVERAL DEGREES BEFORE A CHANGE IN VEHICLE DIRECTION OCCURS.
