THE SUB-ZERO TEMPERATURES, MOISTURE FROM THE CRANKCASE VENT SYSTEM MAY ACCUMULATE IN THE AIR REGULATOR CAUSING POSSIBLE PROLONGED HIGH ENGINE EDLE IF A VEHICLE OWNER FAILS TO COMPLETE A FULL WARMUP BEFORE DRIVING. ALSO UNDER CERTAIN WEATHER AND DRIVING CONDITIONS A GUM MAY BE FORMED BETWEEN THE CARBURETOR THROTTLE SHAFT AND BUSHINGS, WHICH MAY AFFECT THE SMOOTH OPERATION OF THE SHAFT.
