VEHICLES EQUIPPED WITH THE 351 (WINDSOR) ENGINE AND AIR CONDITIONING HAVE FLEXIBLE FIVE-BLADE ENGINE COOLING FANS THAT MAY BE SUBJECT TO HIGH BLADE STRESSES RESULTING FROM RESONANT VIBRATION. THIS CONDITION CAN RESULT IN FATIGUE CRACKING OF THE BLADES AND SEPARATION OF FRAGMENTS FROM THE FAN ASSEMBLY. THIS COULD RESULT IN DAMAGE TO UNDERHOOD COMPONENTS AND/OR PERSONAL INJURY TO SERVICE PERSONNEL.
