DUE TO A PLASTIC WASHER INTERFERING WITH THE FRONT SEAT BELT ANCHOR BOLTS, THE ANCHOR BOLTS WERE NOT SUFFICIENTLY TORQUED. THE POSSIBILITY EXISTS OF THE ANCHOIR BOLTS LOOSENING ENOUGH TO BE STRIPPED OUT OF THEIR THREADED SEATS WHEN SUBJECTED TO THE FORCE OF A COLLISION.
