UNDER CERTAIN CONDITIONS SUCH AS HIGH SPEED DRIVING IN HEAVY RAIN, THE WIPER BLADE COULD OVERSTROKE THE WINDSHIELD AND CATCH ON THE RADIO ANTENNA BRACKET, CAUSING DAMAGE TO THE WIPER PIVOT AND LOSS OF WIPER FUNCTION. THIS WOULD IMPAIR VISIBILITY IN INCLEMENT WEATHER AND INCREASE THE RISK OF A VEHICLE CRASH.
