What the notice says The arc welds securing the wheel centre sections to the rims may be susceptible to fatigue cracking. if such cracks were to propogate, there is a potential for a gradual loss of tire pressure or separation of the wheel rim and tire assembly from the vehicle. this could cause loss of vehicle control.

THE ARC WELDS SECURING THE WHEEL CENTRE SECTIONS TO THE RIMS MAY BE SUSCEPTIBLE TO FATIGUE CRACKING. IF SUCH CRACKS WERE TO PROPOGATE, THERE IS A POTENTIAL FOR A GRADUAL LOSS OF TIRE PRESSURE OR SEPARATION OF THE WHEEL RIM AND TIRE ASSEMBLY FROM THE VEHICLE. THIS COULD CAUSE LOSS OF VEHICLE CONTROL.
