THE RIGHT HAND FRAME RAIL LOWER FLANGE WAS CUT OUT OR TRIMMED ON THESE VEHICLES. BECAUSE OF POOR GRINDING METHODS USED TO ELIMINATE ALL STRESS RISING POINTS, THE FRAME COULD DEVELOP CRACKS AND EVENTUALLY FAIL DUE TO FRAME ARTICULATION. THIS COULD RESULT IN LOSS OF CONTROL AND VEHICLE CRASH WITHOUT PRIOR WARNING.
