CRACKS IN THE COOLING FAN CLUTCH ADAPTOR PLATE MAY CAUSE THE COOLING FAN TO LOOSEN AND IN SOME INSTANCES SEPARATE FROM THE FAN PULLEY MOUNTING AREA WHILE THE ENGINE IS RUNNING. THIS COULD RESULT IN INJURY TO PERSONS WORKING ON THE VEHICLE IN THE VICINITY OF THE ENGINE FAN BLADES.rnCORRECTION: ADAPTOR PLATE (DRAWN TYPE) WILL BE REPLACED WITH A CIRCULAR ADAPTOR PLATE.
