LOSS OF THROTTLE CABLE OVER-TRAVEL SPRING RETENTION CAN RESULT IN SPRING DISLOCATION AND SUBSEQUENT INCREASED THROTTLE OPENING AND EXCESSIVE ENGINE SPEED AT THE IDLE POSITION. THIS COULD RESULT IN LOSS OF VEHICLE CONTROL AND A VEHICLE CRASH. CORRECTION: THROTTLE CABLE WILL BE REPLACED WITH A REVISED VERSION THAT WILL PROVIDE POSITIVE OVER-TRAVEL SPRING RETENTION.
