THE STEERING ARMS USED WITH CERTAIN ROCKWELL AXLE ASSEMBLIES MAY CRACK UNDER SPECIFIED USEAGE CONDITIONS (MIXERS AND FRONT-END LOADER REFUSE COLLECTION SERVICE). SUCH A CRACK MAY PROPOGATE AND EVENTUALLY CAUSE THE STEERING ARM TO BREAK, RESULTING IN A POSSIBLE CRASH WITHOUT PRIOR WARNING. CORRECTION: STEERING ARMS WILL BE REPLACED.
