THIS MODE OF OPERATION IS CONTRARY TO THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE STANDARD. SUBSECTION 16 AND 19(b) (iii).rnCORRECTION: DRL CONTROL UNIT WILL BE REPLACED WITH ONE THAT WILL ENSURE THAT THE SYSTEM'S OPERATION MEETS THE STANDARD.
