WITHOUT GOVERNOR OPERATION, A DRIVER COULD OVERSPEED THE ENGINE WHILE ON THE HIGHWAY.rnCORRECTION: ENGINES WILL BE INSPECTED TO ENSURE PROPER ASSEMBLY AND TORQUE ON GOVERNOR RISER BOLT AND PROPER INSTALLATION OF GOVERNOR CONTROL LEVER SPRING.
