On certain 525I and 525IA, a fusible link mounted on the right side shock tower could break due to heat related aging. This would result in the interruption of all electrical systems including the engine. If this were to happen while driving, it is possible that a crash could occur. Correction: Fusible link will be replaced and electrical cables will be rerouted in order to reduce current flow to the link to minimize the possibility of breakage.
