THE AXLE SPINDLES MAY HAVE QUENCH CRACKING DUE TO INCORRECT HEAT TREATMENT. CRACK PROPAGATION COULD LEAD TO FAILURE OF THE AXLE AND SUBSEQUENT LOSS OF THE WHEEL END ASSEMBLY. CORRECTION: AXLES WILL BE INSPECTED USING MAGNETIC PARTICLE INSPECTION EQUIPMENT, AND REPLACED AS REQUIRED.
