DEFECT: DOES NOT COMPLY WITH C.M.V.S.S. 213 - CHILD RESTRAINT SYSTEMS. DURING A COLLISION, THE TETHER STRAP MAY TEAR, AND THE BUCKLE STRAP MAY SEPARATE. THIS COULD RESULT IN A CHILD BEING EJECTED FROM THE CHILD RESTRAINT. CORRECTION: AFFECTED CHILD/INFANT RESTRAINTS WILL BE REPLACED.
