What the notice says The rear brake master cylinder on these vehicles contains a seal that in certain situations may move out of position on the rear master cylinder piston. this would result in loss of rear brake performance. correction: master cylinder assembly will be replaced on affected vehicles.

THE REAR BRAKE MASTER CYLINDER ON THESE VEHICLES CONTAINS A SEAL THAT IN CERTAIN SITUATIONS MAY MOVE OUT OF POSITION ON THE REAR MASTER CYLINDER PISTON. THIS WOULD RESULT IN LOSS OF REAR BRAKE PERFORMANCE. CORRECTION: MASTER CYLINDER ASSEMBLY WILL BE REPLACED ON AFFECTED VEHICLES.
