On certain vehicles, extremely low temperatures (-30 degrees centigrade) and steady state driving conditions, may cause ice build up on the throttle blade preventing the throttle from returning to the idle position. This is due to the location of the PCV make up air, upstream of the throttle blade. Correction: The PCV make up air hose will be relocated from the throttle body to the air cleaner housing.
