Certain child restraints may have been assembled with an incorrect latch hook on the base. This may result in separation of the carrier from the base in a collision and may increase the risk of injury to the infant. Correction: Owners will be informed on how to identify the problem and receive a new base if their product is affected. Call 1-800-837-4044.
