Certain trailers equipped with Sealco Spring Brake Control Valves, part number 110700 manufactured between March 1, 1994 and April 1, 2000, and part number 110800 manufactured between September 1, 1997 and April 1 2000. These valves are subject to a corrosion failure of the snap ring, which retains the guide pin. Such a failure will cause an unintentional application of the spring brakes. Correction: Sealco will provide a prevention kit to end use fleets.
