Lincoln LS in the other registers
This site holds seven national and European registers. Lincoln LS is named on 11 American notices. Those are separate campaigns, filed with separate authorities on their own schedules.
The American register
Nothing here says any of these is this notice in another country. A model recalled in one country is often recalled in another, in different words and at a different time, and the authorities do not cross-reference each other. Reading them together is the reason this site holds more than one register.

Affects certain vehicles equipped with 17" chrome wheels. Of the 275 wheels with heat treatment lot code B1706; approximately 74 may have missed heat treatment during production. Chrome wheels that are not heat-treated, over time, may crack at the wheel hub lug-nut holes and which may result in a loss of lug-nut torque that could ultimately result in wheel separation. Correction: Dealer will replace wheels with heat treatment lot number B1706.

Reading this against the source
This page is what Transport Canada published in the Vehicle Recalls Database, kept as it was read. The authority publishes only its current wording; if a notice is rewritten, the earlier version disappears there and is kept here. The whole register is at /canada, and how the reading is done is set out in the method.
What the words on this notice mean — the system it is filed under, and what the filing type says about who found the fault.
This register keeps an index of its own for every maker and every year it holds: Canadian recalls on a Lincoln: 288 in the register, and 350 Canadian vehicle recalls filed in 2003.
