Certain motorhomes fail to comply with the requirements of CMVSS 120 - Tire Selection and Rims. The certification label indicates an incorrect tire inflation pressure rating of 65 psi instead of 75 psi. At the stated pressures, the tires are unable to support the 5,000-lb front Gross Axle Weight Rating (GAWR). Failure to follow proper vehicle loading specifications and tire inflation recommendations can result in tire damage and vehicle instability, which could result in a crash causing personal injury or death. Correction: Updated labels and installation instructions will be mailed to vehicle owners.

The wording above is the department's own, as it stood in the monthly file this site last read. Vehicle counts are the sum of the counts published for each make and model the recall covers. To act on a recall, use the official notice: Transport Canada recall 2008213.
