On certain camping trailers, the information provided on the certification label denoting the tire size & inflation pressure is incorrect. The labels applied to the vehicles show the tire size as 4.80x12.00 and the inflation pressure as 90 psi (612.3 KPA). The tires installed on these vehicles are actually ST175/80D13, they are rated for a maximum load at 65 psi (422.2 KPA) and are the correct tires for these applicable trailers. Wrong inflation of the tires could lead to uneven wear and damages to the tires. Correction: Dealers & owners will receive the necessary instructions and materials to replace noncompliant labels.

The wording above is the department's own, as it stood in the monthly file this site last read. Vehicle counts are the sum of the counts published for each make and model the recall covers. To act on a recall, use the official notice: Transport Canada recall 2008355.
