On certain school buses, a production change may end-up reducing the effective life of the stop arm lights. Should the lights fail, visibility of a stopped bus would be affected. This could increase the risk of a child or pedestrian being struck by a passing motorist, causing severe personal injury or death. Correction: Dealers will replace the safety stop arm light kit.
