Certain travel trailers equipped with Dexter axles may contain cracks in the spindle weld. These cracks can propagate and cause the spindle to detach from the axle tube, resulting in the separation of the wheel-end from the vehicle. This occurrence could cause a crash resulting in serious bodily injury and/or property damage. Correction: Dealers will replace the axles.

The wording above is the department's own, as it stood in the monthly file this site last read. Vehicle counts are the sum of the counts published for each make and model the recall covers. To act on a recall, use the official notice: Transport Canada recall 2010386.
