On certain snowmobiles, the front lower left shock bolt may have been tightened incorrectly and could fail, causing unexpected limited steering and front left suspension collapse. This could result in poor vehicle handling characteristics or a loss of control increasing the risk of a crash causing property damage and/or personal injury. Correction: Dealers will replace the shock mounting bolt and tighten to specification.

The wording above is the department's own, as it stood in the monthly file this site last read. Vehicle counts are the sum of the counts published for each make and model the recall covers. To act on a recall, use the official notice: Transport Canada recall 2012370.
