Certain child car seats may not comply with the requirements of the Canada Motor Vehicle Restraint Systems and Booster Seats Safety Regulations (RSSR). The labelling does not specify the height range for either rear-facing or forward-facing positions, only the overall range. The height ranges for the rear-facing and forward-facing orientations are indicated in the instruction manual. Correction: A production change has been undertaken to remedy these technical non-compliance conditions. No corrective recall action is required as the technical non-compliance condition is deemed to be non-safety related.

The wording above is the department's own, as it stood in the monthly file this site last read. Vehicle counts are the sum of the counts published for each make and model the recall covers. To act on a recall, use the official notice: Transport Canada recall 2015337.
