On certain travel trailers, incorrect length axle shackles were installed that may allow the tires to contact the trailer floor or wheel well when the suspension is fully compressed. This could cause tire damage and may adversely affect vehicle handling, increasing the risk of a crash causing injury and/or damage to property. Correction: Dealers will install the correct length axle shackles to ensure sufficient tire clearance.
