Issue: rnThe carrying handle may detach from the seat. rn rnSafety Risk: rnIf the handle detaches while carrying an infant, there could be a risk of injury. rnrnCorrective Action: rnThe company will mail a notice to all registered owners. A new attachment system will be installed to fix the handle.
