Reduced handling and steering control could increase the risk of a crash.Corrective Actions:
Mazda will notify owners by mail and instruct them to take their car to a dealership to inspect the front cross-member and install a drain hose. Depending on its condition, the dealer will install a reinforcement and a wax coating, or replace the front cross-member.
