Issue: rnOn certain vans converted to a mobility vehicle by BraunAbility, the steering shaft extension could break. If this happens, there would be a sudden loss of steering control. rnrnSafety Risk: rnA loss of steering control could create the risk of a crash. rnrnCorrective Actions: rnThe company will notify owners by mail and instruct them to take their vehicle to a BraunAbility dealer to replace the steering shaft extension with an improved part.
