Issue: rnOn certain buses, the outer handle for the roof hatch (emergency exit) could break. If this happens, it would be difficult to open the roof hatch from outside the bus.rnrnSafety Risk: rnAn emergency exit that is difficult to open could increase the risk of injury in an emergency.rnrnCorrective Actions: rnThe company will notify owners by mail. Owners will be instructed to contact Specialty Manufacturing Inc. (SMI), who will provide replacement parts and instructions on how to replace the roof hatch outer handle.
