Issue: rnCertain vacuum excavator trailers may be missing side and rear reflectors and/or some trailers may be missing side and rear reflective tape. Canadian regulations require trailers to have these reflectors.rn rnSafety Risk: rnA trailer with missing reflectors is less visible to others and could create an increased risk of a crash.rn rnCorrective Actions: rnThe company will notify owners by mail and supply the necessary parts and instructions. Owners will be instructed to take their trailer to a dealer to add the required reflective tape and reflectors.
