Issue: rnOn certain fifth-wheel trailers, the generator transfer switch wiring may not be connected correctly. As a result, the power cord may be back-fed with electricity when the generator is running. rn rnSafety Risk: rnA power cord that is back-fed with electricity could create a risk of electrocution. rn rnCorrective Actions: rnKeystone will notify owners by mail and instruct you to start the generator to determine if there is power inside of the trailer. If there is no power inside the trailer while the generator is running, you should contact a dealer to have the wiring to the power transfer switch repaired. Keystone recommends that you should not use your generator until the recall repairs are completed.
