Issue: rnOn one vehicle, the u-bolts that attach the axle to the suspension may not be properly tightened. As a result, the axle locating dowels could break. If this happens, the axle could shift sideways and cause a loss of control.rn rnSafety Risk: rnA loss of control could create the risk of a crash. rn rnCorrective Actions: rnE-ONE will notify the owner by mail and instruct them to take the vehicle to a dealer to inspect, and if necessary, install a new lower shock mount bracket and new axle u-bolts.
