Issue: rnOn certain trailer-mounted boom lifts, the bolts used to connect the tongue to the chassis of the trailer may not have been properly tightened. As a result, the bolts could loosen and the tongue structure may separate from the main chassis.rnrnSafety Risk: rnThe separation of the trailer tongue may increase the risk of a crash.rn rnCorrective Actions: rnThe company will notify owners by mail and provide you with directions to tighten the trailer tongue bolts to 122 N m (90 lb-ft).
