Issue: rnOn certain trucks equipped with a gas engine, the exhaust pipe studs and nuts may not have been properly tightened. As a result, the exhaust pipe connection could loosen over time and create an exhaust leak in the engine compartment.rnrnSafety Risk: rnAn exhaust leak in the engine compartment could damage components and create the risk of a fire.rnrnCorrective Actions: rnMitsubishi Fuso will notify owners by mail and instruct you to take your truck to a dealer to tighten the exhaust studs and nuts. If you hear any abnormal exhaust noise, or if any engine warning lamps turn on, Mitsubishi Fuso recommends that you should safely exit the roadway and shut the engine off.
