Issue: rnOn certain vehicles, a quick connector for the fuel line in the engine compartment may not be secure. As a result, the connector could detach and cause a fuel leak. This could cause the engine to stall while driving. rnrnSafety Risk: rnA sudden loss of engine power could increase the risk of a crash. Additionally, a fuel leak can create the risk of a fire. rnrnCorrective Action: rnVolkswagen will notify owners by mail and instruct you to take your vehicle to a dealer to inspect the fuel line connection. If required, the fuel line and connector will be replaced.
