Issue: rnOn certain vehicles, the side-impact sensors in the front doors may have been damaged during assembly. As a result, the side airbags may not work properly in a side-impact crash. rnrnSafety Risk: rnAn airbag that does not work properly could create an increased risk of injury in a crash. rnrnCorrective Actions: rnFord will notify owners by mail and instruct you to take your vehicle to a Ford dealer replace the driver and passenger-front door side-impact pressure sensors.
